Tan Sri Norza Zakaria is an Australian trained Chartered Accountant and is Chairman of
Invictus Blue Sdn Bhd.

Norza is also Executive Chairman and President of public-listed Citaglobal Berhad and Tiza Global Sdn Bhd. Previously, he had sat on Bintulu Port Holdings Bhd, Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn Bhd, TH Plantations Bhd and Tropicana Corporation Bhd, among others. His vast experience in the corporate world will be valuable in helping the company chart new business strategies.

Norza is also the President of the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) and has his pulse on the sporting environment in Malaysia. This will help leverage sports in the communications arena which is a huge global trend today.

Commenting on his appointment, Norza said he is honoured to be able to come on board a company with an impressive track record in Malaysia and has built international linkages.

Gerald Miranda is generally regarded as the foremost media pioneer in Malaysia.

As CEO of Zenith Malaysia (now re-branded Invictus Blue), he single-mindedly nurtured the growth of the company to the forefront of Malaysian media specialization. An advertising ‘man for all seasons’, he was the brainchild for Zenith’s entry into Asia when Zenith Malaysia was established as Zenith’s first office in Asia, ahead of Hong Kong, Tokyo or Singapore.

Gerald was previously COO at Bates Malaysia. At the Advanced Management Program conducted by Bates Worldwide in France in 1992, Gerald left his mark as the top performer of the program.

Gerald has over 20 years of experience in media, across a wide range of Malaysian and international clients and was the founding member of the Media Specialists Association of Malaysia.

Gerald is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K.

Firdaus Jonid

Firdaus has 17 combined years on both agency and client experience and previously he was leading strategic communications team at PETRONAS Lubricants International. He also spent a decade working with Sime Darby Property. Firdaus has worked on various communications projects from content creation & marketing, public & government relations, sports & sponsorship, event & activation and his favorite, sustainability communications.

When not on work mode, Firdaus can be found playing drums, which he has picked up during the lockdown.

Natasha Sebastian

Natasha has over 20 years of diverse experience in advertising, media and marketing, 15 of which focused in the field of digital strategy & performance.

Prior to Invictus Blue, she also spent a number of years on the Client side, as Head of Digital at Prudential and Head of Digital Sales & Marketing at Citibank.

She has broad experience across multiple sectors from FMCG to Finance, Airlines to Automobile and has won numerous awards for work that has had impact on business goals.

Natasha is passionate about digital as a means to empower brands to make better connections with consumers, whether it’s improving user experiences or to tell a product story. When she’s not at the office, she’s usually enjoying time with her family or café-hopping!

Ng Sae Kar

Before he joined the advertising and media industry, Kar rocked the stage as a performing musician. No stranger to making an impact, his unconventional start in the industry thus characterises his unorthodox approach to growing businesses. With an insatiable curiosity for the science of communication and an indomitable spirit, he ventured into advertising as a creative executive at Leo Burnett before expanding his horizons into the media industry.

In the past decade, he has honed his craft at top global agencies such as IPG Mediabrands and Group M, building a strong portfolio that encompasses such brands as McDonald’s, Proton, Maxis, Diageo, Malaysia Airlines, AIA, & PETRONAS Group.

As Head of Operations, Kar is involved across our various business units and is a key member of the senior management team.

Mohd Shahril Tan Sri Hamzah

Shahril graduated from the prestigious St Martin’s Central School of Art and Design in London. He then worked for the renowned art and design company Siegel and Gale before returning home.

In Malaysia, he was attached to many top agencies working on numerous brands both multinationals and Malaysian MNCs. He has been behind many successful award winning campaigns over the years.

Shahril is Creative Strategist at Invictus Blue Group.

Sharmini Nagulan

Before joining the media business, Sharmini lectured in Systems Analysis & Statistics for 2 years at Stamford College KL. Sharmini then joined Bates Advertising Malaysia in 1991 where she went on to hold the position of Chief Operating Officer for their media arm Zenith Media Malaysia (now rebranded Invictus Blue).

Sharmini left the advertising industry in 2005 to take on the position of Managing Director, Oxford University Press (University of Oxford UK) for Malaysia and Singapore. In 2019, Sharmini took on regional responsibility at OUP Asia Education – as Director Asia Market Services and later that year joined the OUP Education Division’s Business Transformation team.

After 15 years with OUP, Sharmini retired from publishing and re-joined Invictus Blue to head up our Sustainability operations through our specialist sustainability company Acacia Blue Sdn Bhd
